Rec a printer?

Especially in the Flower Mound/Lewisville area. I have my cardstock and the design, but I cannot find anyone that will charge less than .50 cents/invite. In Norman, my quote was .19/per invite! I'd like to get them done while I'm in Dallas this week, so if anyone knows of a good place, let me know!

A commerical printer may want you to buy the paper from them. Have you tried Kinko's, Staples, Office Max, AlphaGraphics? What size/weight paper do you have?

I have 140 invites and 140 response cards--they are both carstock from cardsandpockets.com. I'm not sure of the weight, but they aren't too bad. I haven't tried OfficeMax--I need to look at them. Kinkos and all of the 8 other stores I called today want ~.50/each.

Yikes. I got like 200 invites printed at Kinkos for like $14. But they were only black ink, which is probably why they were so cheap.

We used Curtis (Mirage Printing).  He is located in old town Lewisville.  Very nice guy, he's the owner and just works with his wife.  We printed 500 invitations using thermography ink for about $150 a little while ago.  Since we used a full 8.5 x 11 cardstock, we designed it to use every inch of that piece of cardstock and he cut everything at no charge.  We even had room to make some monogram squares that we used for the outside of the envelope with some adhesive. (Although these pieces did end up being too small to finely cut on his cutting machine, he left a larger border so we could trim them ourselves, but the larger pieces were cut perfectly.)

MissAngel--I think I called him yesterday, but I'm not sure. I'll check--he may have been the one who told me he couldn't print on my small cardstock

FYI, OfficeMax/Depot won't print on anything smaller than 8x11.  I looked into it when I was toying with DIY.
