Adding vendor to planning boards?

I'm probably overlooking something very simple, but I can't seem to add my vendor to my list of vendors and planning boards.  For some strange reason, I'd like to see every box filled with a picture of what we are actually using.  We are having our ceremony at a location that's not listed on The Knot.  I can add it to my photos and it shows up under my favorites.  Is there a way to include this vendor?  Or should I just not worry about it?

You can't add it because they aren't a paying vendor to the Knot. Only vendors who pay will show up on the list, so it's hard to get a comprehensive list of all of your vendors.
