Videographer Needed

We are getting married in September in Cambridge, Maryland and we need a videographer. I want more than just music in the background while you see people walking around ... I would really like it if the videographer could talk to the bride and groom separately before the wedding to see how they are feeling, and be able to hear our vows and such. Anybody had a good videographer that they would recommend? Or know anyone? Thanks!

I think most videographers are willing to do things like that, however it's important that you view their work and make sure the audio is good.  And ask them what kind of equipment they have.  Then perhaps google the equipment and see reviews on it.  What's your budget for having a videographer?

The quality of audio will make or break a wedding video. You can have stunning videography but if the audio is home movieish the entire production suffers.

In making a decision keep it simple: view samples of videographers work. In viewing samples make sure you are viewing an actual client release and not a collection of cream skimmed off the top of the best.

Beware of Chris Brock or Premier Productions! You will be sorry if you hire him. Our wedding pictures and video were ruined because we made the mistake of hiring him and did not take the time to read the complaints against his company:
