OMG, this is the WORST company in the world. They are rude, disrespectful, and just a BIG OLD SCAM. They promised me a flush mount book...until I went to pick out my pictures then they said "oh no, you got the traditional one, the flush one is another $250" on top of the $1,800 I already paid. Then the photographer flash went out during the wedding, he got lost on the way to the reception and had to come from an hour away to even make it to the wedding...that's not local at all!!! And THEN to TOP IT ALL OFF my pictures didn't get back to me until 10...i repeat TEN whole months after the wedding! And when I complained....after several DODGED phone calls (I had to state another name to talk to the manager), she (Mary Richards) said all she could do was give me a 8 X 10...AFTER she checked to see if it took 10 months cause they can ACTUALLY take that long if they want to!!! WTF are you serious! The excitement of the photos was SO LONG gone after ten months that I didn't even show them to too many people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DO YOUR RESEARCH, YOU WILL FIND SCAMS FOR YEARS BACK. SOME COUPLES STILL DON'T HAVE THEIR PHOTOS. OH AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR STORING YOUR PHOTOS EVEN THOUGH THEY TAKE 10 MONTHS.....IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!
