price of photos

I need to vent and say how crazy the price of buying your engagment/bridal session photos are.

My package included the engagment session/bridal session, album, and rights to the photos from the wedding itself, with a disk of the wedding photos.

But holy crow to buy the 15 e-pics I love and in all the sizes/amounts I need, will cost me $$$$$!!!!!   And to buy the rights to each photo is worse.

I just dont understand it ladies.....

At least I know here I could get that out

You have to find a photo studio/company that is nice and includes the rights to your images. I found one.

    Where are you from?

When purchasing the prints you are paying for a higher quality paper, calibration and archival quality. This is something you simply will not get from a consumer lab. When purchasing the digital files you are also purchasing the license to reproduce without potentially facing federal copyright infringment charges.

I am from Northeastern PA. I get the rights with a photo CD of the WEDDING pics not the engagment or bridal session.

Thank God for income tax refund

My package included all of that plus an 11x20 photo, 2 8x10, 5 5x7 and some smaller ones all for $1,999 and it is for 10 hours! We got our engagement disc for free and I printed the pics out myself. Plus we get the rights to our wedding cd also. The work that this company does is fabulous. I think you need to shop around more!
