Hello and question

Hello there fellow knotties!  I am getting married July 14th in McKinney.  Our ceremony is going to be at the Chapel at Chestnut Square.  We are looking for an officiant.  I've looked at the vendor list, but I would appreciate some feedback on any officiants that you have had experience with.  I'm hoping to find someone that's not too expensive, and down to earth, not too cheesy or pushy.  Any advice???

We had a personal friend get ordained to do our ceremony, but if we wouldn't have gone that route, we would have used someone from LoveNotes. All the ladies on here who've used them have had very good things to say!

A lot of people used Marty with Love Notes and loved him.  Congrats and welcome to the board!

We used (and loved) Marty from Love Notes--but his fee was around $400 in 2009.
