    I went through the pictures you posted.  I would have to agree with you, the guest photos seem much better than the professional.  It all starts with lighting and then his/her timing seemed off.  I would also fight for a refund.

    I also saw the photos and just now came back to comment.

    IMO, the pro photos were HORRIBLE!  The lighting and focus were atrocious!
    I totally don't blame you for being upset.  I agree with PP, you should most definitely fight for a refund.
