GM is in 2 weddings on same day!!

So we have run into a little problem, small and manageable though..one of our groomsmen found out he is in another wedding the same day at the same time Great. Long story short, the other couple managed to move their time back to 3pm and ours is still at 5:30pm. So he is going to that wedding, hauling arse to our venue with his coat, vest, and tie for ours, and planning on making it by 5.

We are still going back and forth about pictures before or after the cermony. Most likely we will do a "first look" and then have the WP and family come in for pictures. But we will be missing a GM. Do we get all the shots we can without him, and then after the ceremony when we go out to get a few pictures outside, do the guys pictures?

Should he have to pick a wedding to be in? Dont worry about pictures, he'll get in what he can?

I'm sure it will work itself out. What would you ladies suggest?

Since you are doing the first look before the ceremony, don't hesitate to do a few of the immediate family photos then too. Save the bridal party photos until after, they are the last to be introduced to the reception anyway. Unfortunately he is in a position he didn't ask to be in, and probably wants to make everyone happy so asking him to choose wouldn't be the best IMHO.

Turns out the other couple couldnt move their ceremony back..so he has 2 weddings to be in on May 7th at 5:30..so now he will have to choose. UGH!
