Travis Brogen (Brogen Productions)

My husband and I used Travis Brogen has our videographer. He was very nice,good to work with. We got married Oct 23, 2011 and recied our highlights reel in December and loved it. Now we have been waiting on our full video for three months ( 5 months since wedding). I emailed him back at the end of January to see when the full video would be done and he said 2-3 weeks. I gave him another month and still didnt recieve anything. Now he will not return calls or emails. I have called and left a message 3 times and have emailed him about 4 times. What should I do and is there anyone that has used him, what as your experience like and did you ever get your full wedding DVD?

Did you ever get your video? I was thinking of using him but this is making me nervous!

We are going through the same thing and can't get ahold of him. Our wedding was on 12/31/2011 and got the highlight but that is it and only online. Phone, TXT, email, message nothing! He has a month to get us the video or I will take action!
