Photographer didn't follow through

Do not use photographic view/Ervin Aquino.  We're waiting for our albums for over a year .  He won't answer your e-mails or phone calls

    We have tried to reach Ervin for over 6 months to receive our album from our event 2 years ago.....no response. I just called the company that produces his albums and they too have been unsuccessful in contacting Ervin via email or phone for more than 6 months.

    I'm not sure what to do. I'm devastaed that we can't get the photos. Any advice?
