Help! Last Minute! Photog Questions! Am I forgettting anything?

We're meeting with our photographer in about 2.5 hours.  Here's my list of questions so far.  Am I forgetting anything?

We're paying for a full day of coverage and a DVD of all of the images.  No prints and only small albums.  Let me know if I'm forgetting anything!  This list is sort of short-hand, but it's for me... I'm not giving it to her, so hopefully I'll know what it all means.  LOL

·         What does the $500 All-Day session cover?

·         More information on the (50) 4x6 album (we’ll need 3)

·         Do you have a back-up photographer or back-up equipment in case of emergency?

·         How are the photos stored?

·         Can we do separate photos before the ceremony and together after? How long do you suggest for after?

·         Will you be staying until the reception is over / will we have photos of the seed throwing?

·         How long before the DVD is ready?

·         Are the images watermarked?

·         Will they be available online?

·         Can I put them online (Flickr)?

·         If someone decides they want a print, can that be added the contract later?

·         When is the final payment due for 10/15/2010 wedding?  Is the deposit credited toward that?

Your list sounds good, just make sure that she has a contract for you to sign. Are you paying $500 for full day coverage and a disk? I would ask to see a full wedding, not just a small selection of portfolio shots. Anyone can put together 8-10 good images, but you need to see a full wedding so that you know what to expect from him/her on your wedding day.

Well, it all worked out and we booked the photographer.  I hope there weren't any questions I forgot.
