| To Whom It May Concern, It is with deep regret that I, as a representative and owner of Particube Entertainment LLC, find myself writing to you so early in the morning. Beginning this past Monday, we have been seemingly trapped in a cycle of highly unfortunate events. As a new and very small company, we've done everything in our power to give each and every client a great, fun filled, experience inside and out of our cubes and generally live up to our word. However, after a few key equipment failures and the abrupt sickness and hospitalization of our sole business manager, we find ourselves in a position where we cannot live up to our own, let alone your standards. Thus, it brings me great sadness to have to inform you that we will be unable to service your upcoming event. These circumstances are out of our control, but that doesn't change how sorry we are to have to disappoint you so.
