    google the company for reviews....see the knot, yelp & wedding wire.

    I hear a lot of negatives here on this board. Most ladies complain that they are informative when you first inquire to book, but then their customer relations really break down after that. I have also heard that you will see many examples of their work, but you cannot be guaranteed of who will shoot your wedding, or the style of photographer you will have on your day. It's kind of the luck of the draw and a bit impersonal for most brides.

    I've heard absolutely horror stories! Just google them and read the dozens of bad reviews. You can find a much better photographer for what they charge and be much happier.

    I guess I will just keep a "mindful eye" on the customer service part.  But so far the reviews I have read have been good.
