Videographer interview questions

Anybody have ideas of questions I should ask a videographer when interviewing them if I would like to hire them for our wedding?  Going to set up appts soon and would like to know what kind of questions I should ask them.  Thank you in advance.

In addition to those questions, I would also ask what their "style" is, and ask to see some clips from previous weddings they've filmed so that you can get a better idea.  Some videographers set the camera on a tri-pod and barely move it during the whole thing... others prefer handheld cameras and do a lot of moving around, which makes the video less boring but can also get nauseating.  In example videos, pay attention the variety of shots (close and far away, etc.)  and whether there is good sound quality.
