bachelorette party...

I moved to south Florida a few years ago with my now fiancee and neither one of us really have friends down here. My MOH and others will fly in from Michigan two days for the festivities and that's it... but my fiancee and his friends who live a few hours away are flying him to Vegas. How do I accept that he will be gone in sin city with his single friends for the weekend and I will be here alone with nobody around?

What about having a combined bach party in vegas but do your own seperate things and meet back at the end of the night? It would be closer for your friends in MI to travel there. That way you guy can do your seperate things but be in the same place.

Sorry but this is bad advise for a few reasons. 1- You shouldn't plan your own b-party. B-parties are a gift from someone else, not a right.  2) You can't ask/expect people to take time off of work and take a vacation because you're lonely. 

OP- Yes accept it. It's a weekend. It woun't kill you.

Get over it.  Be grateful that your MOH and friends are flying to you.  Wouldn't your FI be lonely that weekend then? 
Honestly, I got more done the weekend my FI was gone for his bachelor party than the other weekends last 2 months.  Use the time to be productive and to relax.  Have some wine &  do your crafty projects without your FI wondering what the hell you are doing (if your FI is anything like mine and didn't understand the fun little diy projects).  Or go get a massage and just relax.

You should just suck it up. Be happy for your fi.

Buy some good books or movies and make a spa appointment to pamper yourself. Or use the time to do those things that Iwoehlk suggested - make a seating chart, escort cards, favors etc...there must be some last minute stuff to do.

If it's in your budget, fly home to spend time with your family or friends.

You all are right... I need to get over it. I will spend that weekend doing my DIY stuff and enjoy the time apart. We never really spend anytime apart. Im marrying this man for any crazy reason. I love him and he deserves time away to let loose and have fun,

Another idea, if you have the spare cash, would be to fly out to MI the same weekend and have your bachelorette party up there. Then you both get to celebrate and enjoy without the stress of the wedding being only a day or two away.
