My BFF getting married. need ideas for a TAME par-taayo

My friend is getting married June 8th! Her bachelorette party will be the night before the wedding since this is when everyone will be able to convene. She doesn't drink or party at all...the bride and groom are also saving themselves for marriage. PLEASE needing super fun ideas for a party that aren't raunchy or lame. :)

Re: My BFF getting married. need ideas for a TAME par-taayo

  • My cousin had a bridal scavenger hunt, and we went around the neighborhood, knocking on doors asking for people for wedding related things... pictures or items... my neighborhood is pretty close though and most people know eachother so it people really helped us (and no one called the cops).  We split into two teams and did it.  And then we played some games back at her house and ate snacks/drank but it was pretty g-rated and fun.

  • What about just a tame dinner out? Bowling? Pool hall? I'm listing places you could go where people could drink if they want to, but it isn't, like, a featured thing at the party.

Could you host a movie night and show Bridesmaids or The Bride of Chucky with cocktails/mocktails?

  • I would personally do your spa time the night/day before.  Relaxing is probably what everyone needs the most.

My two younger sister are under 21 and in my bridal party, so I dont want anything wild either. My ideas for my MOH:
Spa Day- do manis and pedis the day before instead of day of? Then a dinner or lunch.
Nice dinner at my favorite resturaunt
Find a local choclate maker that does tastings
A play or show at a local theater

Depends on what sort of mood she wants or what she is into..

Is she really into purses or cooking? A product party from Wildtree, Tastefully Simple, Miche, Avon, Mary Kay, Scency, Pamered Chef or some other local vendor will be of minimal cost to you and the Bride can recieve free products

  • I'd do a spa day and then go somewhere for a nice dinner. Hibachi or a fondue place come to mind as fun/entertaining dinners for groups of people that are also delicious.
  • You should try some bachelorette party games! They can be really fun an exciting. Also try some non-alcoholic cocktails! Here's a link for some fun and simple bachelorette party games that you can use >  http://www.bachelorette-partyideas.com/free-bachelorette-party-games.html Enjoy!
