rehearsal dinner question

if the grooms parents are paying for the rehearsal dinner do you put it on the invite that they are hosting it?  like since how my parents are hosting and paying for the wedding they are on the wedding invites, does it work the same way?

    I just looked at samples on wedding paper divas and it looks like it has it both ways.  Some of them say please join us at the rehearsal dinner held in honor of jane and jack.  I have also sen them on the website as The Garrison family invites you to celebrate the rehearsal dinner held in honor of Jane and Jack.

    It looks like you can d it either way so if they would like their names on it I am sure this is fine too!

    Yes, if that's what they want. The host should decide on the wording of the invitations.
