Bridal Shower Question

I received an email from my mother's friend who would like to host a bridal shower for me.  In the email, she listed the people she would like to invite.  The issue is, these people are not invited to my wedding/reception.  How do I respectfully decline?

So it is okay to say that even though, she has no idea these people are not invited to the wedding?

You could even make a variation.  "Oh thank you for the offer!  Unfortunately I need to let you know that the guest list won't include some of those people and I wouldn't feel comfortable attending a shower with people who aren't wedding guests."

She always has the option to change the guest list but you should be honest with her.
