Couples Shower

Ok, so two good friends of ours are throwing us a couples shower, the theme is "In the garage". Basically so it is not so girly and customed to my fiance also. It is going to be decorated in garage stuff, and we registerd for house things like hoses, shovels, blah blah blah. My question is they hostess want to have a dinner there, but what do we do? bbq? hotdogs? Thanks!

    My late SIL, a Martha Stewart type, held her oldest son's graduation party in her garage. It was the best space for a large party and since it was summer, it was convenient to the back yard and grill. She borrowed long folding tables and folding chairs from her work place and decorated them with matching table cloths and paper goods, citronella candles and filled the wheel barrow with ice for the cold drinks. It was a lot of fun.
    Bbq, hamburgers and hotdogs, with salads would be perfect.
