Girls Night Party

I (as the bride) am hosting a girl's night party at my house. I'm inviting my bridesmaids, along with other girls that I'm close to. It's not a bachelorette party or an engagement party, it's just a chance for me and some of my old friends to catch up, since I've been living in another state for two years. My dilemma however, is that I'm not sure how to set it all up. It's going to be a sleep over, but I only have one (small) couch, and the floor isn't exactly comfortable. Also I'm not sure what food to serve, or how to present it.

For sleeping arrangements, you can ask your friends to bring sleeping bags if they have them.  Also, is there anyone you could borrow an air mattress from?

I've got a similar living situation; whenever I have sleepovers I ask my girls to bring sleeping bags, and I cover the floor with my own sleeping bags, blankets, comforters... basically anything I can do to make a comfortable "nest". If you don't mind investing, air mattresses are good, and so are foam sleeping pads =)

I used to have a friend that would have mega sleepovers and we would just pile layers of blankets on the floor for padding, then everyone have their own blanket on top.  It worked well - if you can ask everyone to bring comforters, etc.
