I need some ideas for a Fall Bridal Shower for a nontraditional bride! I am the MOH for my FSIL. The wedding is in November. I'm thinking shower in late October? Bride is nontraditional in the following ways; she is from Puerto Rico (so culturally a bridal shower is a different concept), she is NOT a girly-girl and doesn't like things that are too fru-fru (which is a challenge because I am so I can't go with something that I would like (like a tea party) but since she's not familiar with bridal showers she can't tell me what she would like), she and my brother are still considering whether to even register as they are combining two established homes and feel they have everything they need but don't want to wind up with a bunch of stuff they don't want/need. Location is an issue; everyone's house is too small and a venue would need to be affordable. I considered a park, but it will be October in Indiana which means it could be in the 80s or snowing. I guess I just really need help with ideas! PLEASE HELP!
