Couples Shower Hostesses

My bridesmaids are hosting our couples shower, but the mothers and a good friend are helping too. Should I get gifts for all involved or just the bridesmaids who officially hosted? Just curious....

If that's too much financially, a nice handwritten note or thank you card is just as good.
