We are having a small wedding with about 50 guests. We are having a BM and MOH - no attendants. Most of our guests are from out of town and are staying at the hotel the wedding is being held at the night before. For our wedding we are having an early morning wedding, brunch, a party at the resort pool where we are providing drinks all day as well as a casual poolside dinner of burgers and dogs. And snacks all day.
Do we have to have a rehearsal dinner? We don't really need a rehearsal. My wedding planner will just tell our small WP where to go and when... What we did do is hire a bus (we are paying for) to take everyone to a local entertainment area the night before. There are restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Do you think we need to pay for the dinner/drinks that night? This small intimate wedding has turned into a major expense. I am hoping you will tell me it is not necessary!! LOL But, if etiquette dictates we need to, we will..
