    My friend Linda is the Queen of April Fools.  She pulled one on one of the attorneys today--but he had been tipped off beforehand so it backfired!

    But she did one last year that was funny:  our paralegal was waiting for his divorce to be final.  It had been a long and trying process.  She did a letter to him on Collin County letterhead and mailed it saying that his divorce was not going to go through for such and such reason--I can't remember what it was now but he totally fell for it!  Poor guy.  He was a good sport about it.

    I don't remember if it was April Fools or not but I had one of my classes help me convince one of my students that we were having a 200 word vocabulary test.  I told them to tell him that they left the list at home, lost it, whatever.  He was in such a panic and it was so entertaining that I let it go on for about 20 minutes.  The rest of the kids were doing homework and were great co-conspirators.

    I have done one to my parents. They are not into hair dye or anything like that. So when I was going to school, I always wanted to dye my hair and they never let me. So I went to put in some fake extentions and told them I dyed it. Yeah they flipped out. It was hilarious. The expression on my moms face was priceless.

    Another one was last year. I tied a rubber band around the spray hose in the sink so when you turned it on, it would turn on the hose instead of the faucet. So I stood there and pretended the sink wouldn't work so I asked the guys to try and "fix" it so they turned on the sink and got sprayed. it was funny! Especially because they turned it on full blast to "fix" it.

    Well, no one has ever pulled a prank on me & I havent either but...
    This morning, my Facebook status was:

    the wedding is OFF!!!! :'(. cant get into much detail at the moment but will explain once i recover from this pain in my heart... Please keep me in your prayers. :(.

    I've been receiving numerous comments & even messages asking if everything was okay or if I was okay. My sister called me & asked what was going on & if everything was okay in our relationship, etc.

    I feel sooo bad cause people are actually believing me :( !!
     ut its kinda funny...in a NON-mean way :)
