Rehearsal Dinner Q

Hi ladies,

Not sure if the best place to get replies, but figured I'd try it out!

My FMIL is asking me about head count for the RD. Obviously bridal party, bridal party plus ones, and immediate family.

But I was wondering - do we include the priest who is performing our rehearsal (and wedding ceremony)? I figured yes, but she hasn't accounted for him yet and since she's hosting the party, it's not really up to me who comes. What should I do?

    Do you think it's appropriate to tell my FMIL this? I just don't want to step on any toes in terms of etiquette. Thanks!

    Yeah, just look at the list and say, "oh FMIL, we forgot to put Priest on the list."  it's probably just an oversight on her part.

    I definetly thik you have a say in who is invited or added to the lsit. She may be paying, but the rehearsal is for YOUR wedding and you've done all the planning up until now. My FMIL is also hosting and paying for our rehearsal dinner, but she asked me for the list of people and we all agreed on the invitees.
