I'm off today so I'm probably about to do dishes. 

Christmas was good we got a vacuum cleaner and FI got tons of tools, plus a grill set in the white elephant exchange. I (As usual) got stuck with one of the crappy gifts during the exchange. I knew I should have stolen the Chick-fil-a gift card. Boo.

Yay! You do exist

I have to hang out at work til 5, cause the vet is letting me pick up my two older furballs after work, even though they technically aren't open today. They told me someone would be around from 9a-10a, or from 5p-6p, so I could get them since they misinformed me of holiday hours. I love that they are so accommodating.

I am exhausted from the weekend. Traveling with a puppy is a task in and of itself. He got sick on the ride up, and FI can't deal with vom so Momma here got to clean that up. We did dinner on Friday with my dad's side, spent all Saturday with my mom's side at my grandpas, and then drove home and spent yesterday in Denton with FI's parents.

Tonight, I have to hit the gym and the grocery store and get back on my healthy eating. I was so so so bad this weekend. I think my trainer will be killer tomorrow.

On a side note, I got two Texas-shaped waffle makers as gifts. Do you all know if BB&B sells these, so I can return one? I know they are on Amazon, but can't find them anywhere else.

FILs dog has the same issue with traveling, except apparently it's only in the backseat of certain cars. Weird. 

We're doing nothing really today, except for FILs coming to look at the house we're thinking about putting an offer in on.

FI and I are both looking forward to tonight so that we can take a shower. They resurfaced our bathtub Friday and we were told we woud be able to use it yesterday, but the note they left says tomorrow. So we're splitting it down the middle.

Yeah, I couldn't see it on there either. I guess I will have to call my mom and ask for her amazon order info so I can return it that way. I have a juicer that FI got me which I also need to return. He got one at the same price as the model that I wanted, with the intention that I would have to return it for the better model.

Oh man, my sister is the best!  She stayed in town today because it was threatening to rain all the way from here to Jackson, and she helped me load all my extra stuff that's just been sitting here into both our cars and into storage.  It cut what would have taken me days on my own into about two hours.  And now my apartment finally has some space!

<p>My Christmas was great! I need to make sure I pick up a copy of D Weddings so I can put it on my coffee table and tell everyone I know you.    Funny, I only bought one wedding magazine, and that was more of a, "Now I can buy this!" thing.  Now I have friends who are IN these magazines so I actually want them!

I need to stock up on Christmas stuff. I think I may go get some of the discounted Christmas fleeces at Walmart for Wondermutt's kennel.
