ETX venue suggestions?

I live in Tyler, Tx .  We are looking at a budget of 3,000 with our guest list under 60.  I really want to have the ceremony ans reception on the same site.  I am so new and confused by everything!!  Any help is so greatly appreciated!!!

Also, with a guest list of 60, perhaps a chapel or something similar for the ceremony and then a restaurant reception could be nice and very cost effective.
