I got them these gorgeous diamond necklaces from Zales.  They were on clearance for $75.  I know it was kind of expensive...but they LOVED them and I made sure to let them know I didn't care if they wore them on the wedding I just thought they were pretty and that they'd be great for dressing up or for every day wear.  I wish I'd gotten myself one.  And I only had 2 BMs so it wasn't too much of an expense.

Coach makeup bags (from the outlet) and a gift card to their favorite makeup store.  I only had 3 though so I got to splurge.

I'm getting them personal gift.. Depending on the bridemaid I'm getting a different gift. I have 8 so I'm watching cost but if I spread it out I know it'll be easier for me.

I've already given them their shoes (I wanted to make sure they all fit).  Then I'm giving them shoe bags to keep them in and a jewelry roll with their jewelry for the wedding

Silver James Avery crosses. I love JA jewelry and they match the one that Aaron gave me for my bday 8 years ago. They were about $50/each I think.
I see them wearing them a lot, so I take it they really like them.

I took them for manis/pedis/massages and lunch the day before the wedding.  It was an expensive day but I got a massage and pedicure also.  I had budgeted for it well in advance and it was just the 3 of us.  I also got them monogrammed towel wraps to get ready in.

I bought necklaces for all of them to wear at the ceremony, makeup bags from Etsy (http://www.etsy.com/shop/eadybeady) and will be adding something else but I'm not sure what.  I need to go to the outlet mall in Allen and see if I can find something cool.

I ended up with 7 maids (long story) so I can't spend much on each girl.

I bought their bridesmaids dresses.  I also got them Kate Spade TSA compliant (for carryon air travel) makeup bags and filled it with travel size products of different goodies.

We spent about $200 per bridesmaid, which is probably overboard but I really wanted to do something nice, especially since two of them were flying in for the wedding from out of town.

I am going to have 7 bridesmaids.  What I have bought so far and plan on giving each of them is a tote bag (with their names embroidered on them), filled with bath & shower goodies I bought from Bath & Body Works; white nylon parasols, VS BM tank-tops and pashminas.  I may add some more stuff to the tote bag if I find some other good deals out there.

BTW, I am also paying for their airbrush make-up for the wedding.

Oh yeah, I paid for hair and makeup for all of them too, but that wasn't part of their gift really.

I got my girls embroidered towel wraps to wear the day of the wedding to get ready in and made them really cute flip flops that I bought from old navy and then sewed a bow onto with a button on the top with their inital (sounds funky but turned out very cute and cheap!) I thought they could wear these at the reception. I also payed from their airbrush makeup. I had 4 BM's It came to about $60 each.

Well, y'all are going to think I'm crazy.

Upon FI's request, we paid for their dresses, shoes, and I'm paying for their hair.

I also bought each of them diamond necklaces from Zales, as well as a diamond butterfly necklace for the flower girl (she's 8). Also, I bought them fake pearl necklaces and bracelets to wear on the wedding day.

We spent a lot. You don't even want to know how much.

Wow I guess I need to see what else to get my girls or just be really lucky now of my BM have been y'alls BM!  JK but seriously, I got them monogrammed totes, day of jewelry, flip flops, 2 wine glasses with their names engraved and a bottle of wine.  I ended up spending about $25 on each girl but I have 8, a jr BM, and a flower girl to buy for.  $25 adds up quick with that many!

Valerie, I got mine from TK but there is also a great Etsy seller that makes them--Jess&Colton used her.  I didn't use her only because she didn't really have anything that matched my colors.

Well, I started with pearl necklaces from Zales--they had a special last summer where you could get them for $25 if you bought more than 3--I had 6 bridesmaids.

Then I made them pearl drop earrings, got them cute white clutches from Target (clearance for $5), and made them flip flops for the reception. I wrapped the thong part in ribbon and then sewed 4 pearls in a pattern at the point. On 6 pairs of flip flops. I was crazy.

The flip flops were a huge hit, though--they wore them all night. They loved the pearl necklace too. Pic below.

I only had a MOH but I got her a Coach wristlet, a monogramed bag from the Knot, and paid for her hair to be done on the day of the wedding.  My mom and dad also paid for a hotel room for her the night before the wedding so that she didn't have to drive back and forth from her house to the North Park area where all the wedding stuff was going on.  She loved her wristlet and she uses it all the time.
