If I wore a fascinator with my dress? I would really like your opinions. My dress already has quite a bit of detail, so I don't want to over do it.

Here is my dress and veil (veil has pearl and crystal accents around the lining), I will not be wearing a necklace, just dangly pearl earrings and a simple pearl bracelet.

Here is the fasinator. I would wear it in the back where the veil comb is (like Kathy). I will be wearing my hair half up (not all up like in the picture). (Think stephiehall wedding hair).

Your thoughts?

IMO, I wouldn't wear the fascinator (even though it's super cute)... If I wore anything, I might wear a smaller one because of all the detail you already have...

btw... I love the fascinator! Where did you find it?

Okay - I found the fascinator from a link from Kathy in the Veil Vendor thread a couple of threads down.

Here's the thing - my bridals are in 2 weeks and the etsy vendor cannot do rush orders (2 weeks), so should I get it and just do it for the wedding and not have it in my bridals? I'm honestly even re-thinking bridals. Hmm... that's probably another thread I will start.

You know what my thoughts are on this!!

I went back and forth a lot too, but it all looked great in the end.

I did exactly what you are describing, just simple earrings and a bracelet, no necklace and my dress had a lot of details as well, but IMHO, I think it all came togetherly nicely.

I think it will look great with or without it.

I had the same concern with mine. My dress had a ton of detail on top so I actually wore my veil for the ceremony and then removed it and put in the hair flower for the reception.
