I keep finding pictures of weddings at Winfrey Point (on White Rock Lake in Dallas, TX) where the bride and grrom had a sparkler sendoff. I've tried asking the parks department if I can do that too and all they tell me is that I have to have the fire department there and I'd have to contact the fire department for details. I'll do that, of course, but are there any brides out there that had a sparkler sendoff -- particularly at Winfrey Point -- that have details on the process/cost of doing this? Thank you for any help you can give me. I'm a DIY bride on a budget and it seems like because of that, most vendors are being pretty unhelpful.
