Tux places don't order the tuxes until like 2 weeks before the date so it doesn't matter when they go.  I think our guys went about 2 months before.  Because I wanted that check off the list!

I got my girls' dresses at David's and they came really fast--like a month.  But Alfred Angelo had told me 4 months so I think it depends on where you get them.

Oh and don't forget to allow time for alterations also.

We ordered the BM dresses in early January and they got here in late March.  We had a Jr. BM dress in the same order and it still hasn't arrived.  It would probably be safe to assume 4 months for arrival.  And like steph said- leave time for your girls to get alterations, and go early enough knowing you need to give the girls ample time to go get fitted.

I agree with steph on tuxes as well.  We went ahead and did that and gave out the group number the beginning of March, but they don't have to be measured until the end of May (June 12 wedding).  I wanted to give guys a little time- you know how some can be.  ;)

I would say at least a few months for your girls depending on whether it needs to be ordered and then of course the alterations.  I ordered the BM dresses off of Netbride and got them 6 weeks later.  One girl didn't need alterations at all.  My sister had her alterations done with Becky.  If the dresses are going to be bought off the rack and then altered (or maybe not even altered at all), I'd say a few weeks at the least.

And the guys didn't order their tuxes until like a month out and even then, my uncle didn't get his measurements in for his tux until like 2 weeks before.  We had no problems.

Ditto PPs. You can call the store and they can give you their current delivery time for bridesmaids dresses. My sisters' dresses came in about 6 weeks. One of my bridesmaids ordered from a store that sells Alfred Angelo, not an actual Alfred Angelo store, and hers took like 3 or 4 months.

We're ordering David's Bridal dresses for the wedding I'm in this fall and we were told to order before June 15 for a September 25 wedding.

Bridget--word of caution.  Your dress from AA will probably come in much faster.  I ordered mine in mid-January and they quoted me the first week in May.  It came in the first week of March.  And I was expected to come pick it up and pay the balance.  Immediately.  So just keep that in mind if you're thinking you'll have 3 months to pay for it.

Also, when you take your MOH, put your dress (the sample in the store) back on while your MOH tries on dresses.  I did this and it really helped to see what the dresses looked like next to mine.

steph: thanks for the heads up!  i had planned on having to pay the whole thing when i ordered (didn't know they spread it out), so, that is ok. good idea about the dresses together - i don't think i would have thought about that!
this is my first (and hopefully only ;) ) freak out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid 50% down and then the balance when I picked it up.  It will be fun, don't worry!  And yeah, when you take your MOH, it's another excuse to put your dress back on!  :)

Also, I suggest you NOT use the alterations lady at their store.  I would use someone else because there is no reason for alterations to take 4 weeks :)  If you take the dresses to Becky Fowler or some other seamstress, you'll likely have a turnaround of 2  weeks or less.

Bridget- AA said it would take like 12 weeks for my dress. I was SHOCKED when they called me like three weeks afer I ordered it and it was ready to pick up.

I also put 50% down when I bought it and the other 50% when I picked it up.

and ditto Mariah....go with Becky Fowler. I hear AA is really expensive for alterations
