I have a very good friend who has begun doing cakes out of her home. I cannot vouch for her in any way, shape or form other than to say that she is a dear friend and a person of high integrity and morals. I can say nothing about her cakes, as we live pretty far apart now and I seldom see her in person. However, I do know that she is excited about her new business and is likely to be extremely cheap as she is just starting out. I have explained to her that she will have to keep her prices low until she is established and provide samples or she won't get any business from brides. She really enjoys using fondant and even has her own recipe.
