veils

Why am I having such a hard time with finding a veil.  I don't know....I can't fathom spending 200 dollars on a veil.  I keep seeing this price for some with crystals at stores like Alfred Angelo and Davids Bridal .

Any suggestions on where to get affordable elbow length veils and some that have sparkle to them?

If I do my hair as a half do what kinds of veils work with this?  Im so lost in this department.

Also where did some of you get your shoes?  I am looking for strappy with rhinestones.  I found some on the knot here I like from colorific but just needed some input.

Thanks!!!

I saw some pretty good prices on veils at the Group USA shop at Grapevine Mills. I think fingertip with satin trim was around $35-40? They had lots too so they should have some sparkly ones.

I got my veil from a seller on Etsy and it was only $30-$40.  I can't remember the exact price.  It has scattered rhinestones on it.  There are a lot of veils available on there.

I got my veil from Circle Park bridal also. They had a huge selection and if they didn't have what you wanted in the color, they would order it for you.

iI had decided to nix wearing a veil until I went in for my dress fitting and Becky talked me into trying one on.  I ended up loving it..very plain, $25.  Can't go wrong with that.

I got mine from Bridal Co in Denton - the guy there was so nice, and he picked out the exact thing I was thinking of, without me even telling him, after I told him about my dress.  It's longer than you want, and has a beaded edge, and was $100...

Definitely check out Etsy.  Also, Becky Fowler can make a veil for you if you have something very specific in mind.

I got my veil on ebay.  I believe the seller was Venus Veils.  Very cheap and actually a really nice veil.  It was $15 before shipping and it's cathedral length.
