Alterations at Lulu's bridal

Hi all
I got my dress at Lulu's bridal and decided to use their alterations person.  Her name is Ruth Calvert.  I went for my first fitting and had some trouble getting in touch with her but didn't make much of it.  I  scheduled my second alterations but told her I may need to re-schedule since I'd be coming back from vacation.  So I called her 2 days before the appointment and she told me to text her the details and that she would get back to me.  A week later I have not heard from her.  I have texted her twice and even emailed her to no avail.  I feel like a stalker.  I've decided to call the store tomorrow to see if something happenned to her.  Anyone else experience this?

Every time I call her it usually takes her about a day or two to get back to me. I also changed my 2nd alterations appointment and she was very accommodating. I would recommend calling her and leaving a message with your number and also calling the store.

Call and tell her you'd like your dress back so you can go with someone who's going to return your calls.

I am also using Ruth for alterations and I absolutly LOVE her! I have had to do some extensive alterations and I have had to make numerous schedule changes and she has always been able to work with me.... Maybe its a busy week but she is totally worth the wait!!

I had the same problems when trying to schedule my first appointment with Ruth. Then I gave up and figured she doesn't want my business. So I decided to go with everyone's favorite....Becky Fowler. She is right on the ball so far. Good luck!
