Spinach and Artichoke Dip is hot.

Spinach dip is cold. Is that maybe what you found?...

I much prefer Spinach and Artichoke Dip. :)

Are there not heating instructions on the package?  Maybe it was just kept cold to preserve it until you (or whoever else might buy it) could heat it up.

I know Market Street sells the Spinach Artichoke dip in their deli section.  You could try Whole Foods or Central Market as well.

Go to the deli.  I would suggest Central Market.  I know that they have it in the salsa bar--they have dressings and stuff.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip is usually in the freezer section.

TGI Friday's makes a decent frozen one, but I think it's a super small amount (in case you need it for more than about 2 people.)

You are in Mansfield right? Try the Kroger on Matlock/Debbie.

Do you need it for a party or something? Just order it from a restaurant and pick it up on the way home. Chili's has it and so does Applebee's, which are both right there in town.

    Ridiculously easy (and tasty) recipe:
-1 can of artichokes (quartered or whatever you prefer...not the marinated jar!)
-1 pkg (rectangle) of cream cheese
-1 pkg frozen spinach (or half of a large package)
    -salt, pepper, garlic powder

Put the cream cheese in a pot on low and start melting it, add the artichoke hearts (drained)... stir occassionally (and watch the heat) until the cream cheese is melted.  Once the cream cheese is smooth, add the frozen spinach (do not prep or thaw the spinach, just dump it in frozen).  Stir occassionally and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Sometimes I'll throw in a little bit of parmesean, too...
This recipe is VERY forgiving :)
