Bridal Co Denton closed

Is anyone else having a problem picking up their dress from Bridal Co in Denton? My wedding dress was suppose to be delivered last Thursday and I never heard from them. I called and they have a recording saying they are closed due to water damage. I have tried to leave a message for a week but their mailbox is full.....My dad stopped by the shop today and it was still closed. The windows were covered and he couldn't see inside. He said there were several attempted UPS delivery notes by the loading dock. I need to have my bridal photos taken and still need to have alterations. I'm worried I am not going to get my dress in time!

I thought I might be able to contact the designer- Mori Lee directly, but I can't find a phone number for them. 

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I just filed a complaint with the BBB for what it's worth.

    Did you see the message about this on their website, and call this number?

    "Bridal Co. is currently closed due to water damage. No merchandise was damaged and all orders will be delivered. We will re-open soon! Customers needing assitance call 940-255-7486 your call will be returned as soon as possible."

    Have you already scheduled your alterations appointment? I used Becky Fowler and just called and told her my wedding date and when I needed to have my dress, and she helped me figure out when to schedule alterations and fittings. She had it for maybe a month, I think, but I know she's done things on a shorter timeframe when it was necessary.

    Hopefully it all works out for you!!!

    I'm having the same problem. I was supposed to have my dress in the Saturday before Halloween and still haven't received a hone call. I've had my alteration appointment canceled until the dress comes in.
     
    I just checked their website out and said that they will open again tomorrow at 11am!! Hopefully we'll both get our dresses soon!
