DIY Flower Girls

If you arranged your own flowers would you recommend it? Where did you get your flowers from? I know this may sound crazy, but I didn't think about adding flowers to the budget. Now I am looking to not spend a lot of money on arrangements. I know there is a flower mart in Ft. Worth that I am going to check out. I have been researching online the process. It doesn't seem "too" bad. What do you think? Oh, I need 7 centerpieces, 2 bouquets, and 2 alter arrangements. Thanks.

I know a lot of girls on here have used farmstogo.com and that's where I will be ordering from.  ask Nae she used them and so did almoyo...they both had great experiences with them.  check out the post a little further down DIY Centerpieces and they have both made comments on their :)

I'd recommend doing it yourself if you have extra help. I took the flower class at the Fort Worth Market and made a bouquet in 25 minutes that would have cost $200 at a florist. Since you have so few centerpieces, it definitely is an option.

Recruit a few bridesmaids and take the class!

Actually, I was on the only bride in the class--all the other brides forced their moms/sisters/bridesmaids to go for them!

Nae82 and Almoyo have lots of info about it in their bios. I have some as well.
