Ours LOVES dinosaurs. Like he knows their actual names and corrects me when I read him a book. We got him a pillowcase with dinosaurs that he can color in. Just find them something fun! We also got him a game and a coloring book.

Ask their parents what they're into these days, they'll be able to help you figure out what they'd like.

I'm actually probably going to do the piggy bank thing- I want to give them a "keepsake".  I am also, however, giving him some fun stuff, too.  I was also thinking of giving him a bag of things he can do at the reception (other than the kids' packs I'm doing for other kid guests).  The 7 year old might enjoy his own disposable camera.

If you want to give toys, I would ask his mom what he's into right now.  The 3 year old is probably into cars, BenTen, play-dough sets, leggo sets, Thomas the Train, Diego (NickJr.), Little People...

The 7 year old is probably into things like action figures from movies he likes (Transformers, StarWars), Nerf guns, leggos, electronic things...

I think your best bet is to ask mom if you're going the toy route.

Well my son is my ringbearer, so I know what he likes and doesn't like.. but I agree with the others- ask their mom, she'll probably be able to help you out a lot! :) I know when Jayden was a ringbearer in my cousins wedding (he was only 2) he got a cup with his name engraved on it.. and they filled it with his favorite candy. He loved it haha..but then again he was only 2 and not really supposed to eat candy so he thought it was cool! Laughing

We did little mugs with their names, since the big boys got big mugs as groom's gifts. We also got them Ring Security shirts that they wore after the ceremony and they were happy as could be! I had gotten the shirts for the rehearsal, but after the wedding the parents changed them in to those again and it was so cute! I know they would have rather been in the shirts than the little suits anyway.
