If you recall, I was missing one big thing: A ring! FI hadn't officially proposed until we went to New York and I met him family. However.....







I got my ring! He proposed during Easter dinner in front of my whole extended family, then took me to the Ranger game last night. It was amazing!

We also changed our venue to the Ever After Chapel in Aubrey. We are going to save a ton of $$ and it's the rustic venue I wanted without the traffic in Ft. Worth.

    Oh, wow, that's a gorgeous ring AND such a sweet story to go with it! Congrats!

    You'll have to remind me, what venue did you have picked out previously? (Just out of pure nosiness.) I just googled the new venue though and it looks awesomely rustic and adorable! Those old pew benches are amazing!

    Thank you! I love it, it's definitely what I imagined in my head. Now to just cut the guest list to 100 :/.


    We originally were going to go with Stockyard Station, until reality sunk in (bad parking, traffic, elderly guests/walkers on cobblestone).
