Uh oh need advice!

So my wedding is 18 days away and we have run into an issue with BM dresses. A couple of the sizes were not right but the girls were able to switch amongst themselves to make it all work. One included my sisters dress to my friend. My mom mailed it USPS 2 day priority not Fed-ex or UPS last Monday...I know big mistake...It is now a week and 1 day later and my friend has not seen it. It is too late to order an emergency one from the designer. Can i post something on the national board asking if anyone has this dress and would be willing to sale it if the wedding is over? She needs a 14 or 16 so I didnt think just begging a store for a sample would work. Any other ideas. Hoping it will show up but figure I should be proactive. Any thoughts?

I'd post this on the dress board and see if anyone has or knows someone who has the dress in the right size.  There are a lot of women on the boards who are already married and may be able to find the dress for you quickly.  I'd also search ebay.

thanks! no luck so far but we are checking to see how fast we can get fabric from the designer and we may have to just beg for the sample from the dress shop and see what we can do. Fingers crossed it works or at least the dress shows up on her door step.

Isn't there usually a tracking number--if there is, you should see where it was last and call that post office. Good luck!
