I think the short of what she is trying to say is that some people on this board can be unnecessarily rude at times. lol

While referring to etiquette as an outdated ritual? If there are people out there that don't even consider the validity of etiquette, then those that practice or acknowledge its' existance may not be the rude ones in truth.
