Rooftop wedding dfw

I would really love to get married on a rooftop. I thought it would be something unique and special. Does anyone know venues or places that will allow you to get married on their rooftop in dfw? I am on a budget though($8000-$10000max for the entire wedding), so any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I've never been there, but I think several of the brides here have had their RDs or Weddings on El Fenix's roof in Dallas. You may want to look into "The Venue" they may a little more than your budget though but worth looking into! It's gorgeous... and historic in downtown, its an old courthouse/post office and condo building. http://www.thevenueat400northervay.com/

I think maybe Off the Grid and Lofty Spaces also have a rooftop option.  And of course there's the Reata in Fort Worth but that is probably out ouf your budget.  Hickory Street Annex maybe also.

We should really save this--it gets asked alot.

You could also check out Iron Cactus, the Room on Main, or 2616 Commerce. 

Stephie gave some good ideas. 404 at North Ervay is a new one, but I have heard mixed reviews. Also, given your budget, it may be out of range. 

Suggestions higher than your budget: The Belmont Hotel (although they aren't rooftop.. they have an awesome view of downtown) and the Nylo Hotel in Dallas (off of Lamar).

We have checked out El Fenix and it's on our list and would be do-able.  Their prices have went up since what I have found on here doing a search.  The lowest food package now is 17.95 I believe but the best one is like 21.95 (the one we were thinking), they offer 10.95 for 3 hrs of unlimited drinks which is nice and we think worth it.  A pro to them is you just pay for food and alcohol.  They do a minimum (of like 2K) and they also charge 450 to do a flip if you also want a ceremony there and you have to rent your own chairs if you want a ceremony there.  So something to consider too about his place.
