NWR What do to for birthday

So today is my birthday and FI gets off in an hour and I'm supposed to have come up with what I want to do for today. We are going out to eat tonight but other than that I'm stumped. Oddly enough this is what I do at my job, but when it comes to myself I'm at a loss. Anyone have ideas on what we can do today? Only idea I've come up with is rock climbing. I've looked on Groupon and Living Social and nothing is really good today. Any ideas anywhere around the DFW area would be so appreciated!

  • the trampoline place! I forget what it's called.
  • I have nothing except HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Ok, well I do have something -- you should go Sailing with Scott!  I don't know if the weather is up-to-par this evening but even if you save it for later on this week just to have a "date night" and relax, this guy is AWESOME.    I think his website is www.sailingwithscott.com but just Google "sailing with scott" and it will pull up the site.  $25 pp for a 2 hour ride on Lake Ray Hubbard.  BYOB, BYOFood, etc.  Sunset cruise... yes, please.

  • Happy Birthday!  Lone Star Park would be nice except the live racing is over until September. Only other thing I can think of is this movies.

</div><div>You should!  Stephiehall went a few months ago and really liked it too.  They will let you help them sail if you want to, and I also overheard Scott telling someone else on board the night we went last week that they are doing private couple's sailing lessons too.  That would be awesome!  Don't know the cost, but they are pretty reasonable people (he built the boat himself, runs the operation himself... very humble guy) so I imagine the pricing is competitive.  But yeah, for $25 pp for 2 hours of sailing and you can bring any food and bev you want, it's a heck of a deal. ;)
