Filter Building Floor Plan and Layouts

I just had my planning meeting last night there.  My caterer is mocking up a floor plan that I can send to you once I get it.  I have 120 people as well and planning on 12 60" tables with 10 seats.

What's the max number of people you think you could seat for dinner at a wedding that includes a dance floor, a 3piece band, and a buffet with 2 "action stations" (carving, quesadilla, etc)? 

Their website says 200, but I'm thinking that's capacity and not realistic.

Babs24 - I think 200 would be crazy tight, but I guess it depends on how you use the space.

We're having our bar and cakes on that raised section, then the dance floor, buffet, dj table below.  You're dance floor would be tiny in order to fit 20 tables (tih 10 guests each).

I'd say with a band and a buffet you can seat 150-160 (assuming 10 per table) comfortably.

I do know that people who have bigger parties there set up tables on the terrace so there is more room inside.
