NWR: Your favorite pizza place?

FI and I want to have pizza tonight - where do you like to go? The area doesn't matter, I like to have recommendations for the future!

We like Grimaldis. There are locations in Allen (never been to that one) and in West Village in Dallas.

LA Gourmet in Uptown off of McKinney.

Lovers Pizza.  There's one on Lemmon and one off of Garland Road in Casa Linda Plaza.

I like regular NY style pizza-by-the-slice places like Joe's/Sal's. There's several locations all over. I also like the one in Las Colinas off LC Blvd, I think it's called Italian Cafe.
If you're into "gourmet" pizza, Fireside Pies isn't bad.
For Chicago style though, I am a sucker for UNO's in downtown Ft. Worth.

Grimaldi's in West Village!!  When we are lazy, I'll get one of those pizzas from Campisi's that you can bake at home--probably our second favorite.  I like Coal Vines better than Fireside Pies.  Sal's is OK--too greasy for me.

    Yeah, I like pizza.

I second Grimaldi's and Campisi's.    I could never decide which I liked better!

Another vote for Grimaldi's!  Red sauce pizza with meatballs (they're sliced thin like pepperoni) and mushrooms, yum!

    Also like Coal Vines.

Fireside Pies is hit and miss, sometimes the crust is really soggy.

Cavalli's in Irving is awesome, my brother worked there for a long time, they one of three restaurants in the state of Texas to serve Vera Pizza Napoletana, basically super authentic pizza, the owners are first generation Americans, and even some of the employees were brought over from Italy to open up the restaurant at first!

Louie's  hands down.  On Henderson  next door to Cafe San Miguel (which has the best mole in town)   Louies   has been featured on Food Network too as one of the best pizza places (and great dive bar)
