Reflections on Spring Creek - any feedback?

I have a friend booking that venue... seems amazing!  Anyone have any first-hand experience with it?

Second hand...!  One of my friends had hers there and has nothing but glowing, wonderful things to say about them.  Her husband is a pro chef and was impressed by the food, which says a lot!

My MIL looked at it and got pricing--I think the minimum last year for a Saturday was $12K.  She liked it but I just wasn't into the whole all-inclusive, wedding type venue.

ETA:  Maybe $12K was what I had written down as the approximate total cost.  I can't remember.

This is one of my top venues.  I am looking at my paper work right now. The minimum for a Saturday evening is 5900 and the rental fee is 2295 for a Saturday evening.

I think the pricing was GREAT. The staff seemed super nice and answered any and all questions I had. They are vey quick on replying back which is nice.

The only thing that I cnanot get over (and this seems so small ) is the wall color.  In the chapel and reception area they have blue walls! There is also blue carpet in the chapel.  Whenever I looked at pictures they had (they have 10+ photobooks you can browse through) ALL I saw was the blue.  Blue everywhere!  With my wedding colors being green and brown, I couldn't picture myself getting married there!

If the walls were a different color, I would book there in a second!  Please don't think I'm high matience... it's just what I felt! :) I would definitely book an appointment to go see.  The outside gardens are beautiful!

I thought the same thing about the blue walls.... seriously... they should spend the couple hundred of bucks and paint the walls.

I too vetoed because of the blue walls - I didn't even go look there because I had seen my friend's photos and I could not.get.past.it.
  •  Reflections on Spring Creek is a beautiful facility.  The Gardens are beautiful and the Building is lovely.  Executive Chef Jason Dehner does gourmet food of your choice. The prices are VERY affordable. Reflection's has uplighting to compliment your color or change the color of the rooms completely if you want.  Certainly the most gorgeous facility in Dallas/Ft Worth.
