I laugh at the dumbest things so this made me chortle.

FI still teases me because my co-worker told me this joke and now I always reply "Frayed knot" out of nowhere:  

A rope walks into a bar and the bartender looks at them suspiciously. He says "Sorry, boys, we don't serve your kind here." So the rope walk outs again.

So he leaves the bar, ties himself up and combs out the edges.

Then the rope walks back into the bar. The bartender looks at him a little suspiciously again and says "Here, you're not a bit of string, are you?"

The rope replies "No, I'm a frayed knot"

Ahahahahaha penny that's so silly, I gotta use that one! I sent the crap joke to almost everyone in my phonebook and got very mixed responses, lol

Haha this reminds me of a conversation I had with 3 of my students (HIGH SCHOOL!).

Student #1: Teacher! Come here please.

Me: What's going on?

Student #1, #2: *points at another student sitting in front of them* I don't like what I'm seeing, please do something.

Me: *looks at the sitting student and sees a small butt crack being exposed* Well just don't look at it, mind your own business

Student #3: but it's gross!

Me: Okay, you know what? Everybody has a butt, get over it. Focus on your assignment.

Student #1-#3: *stares at me*

I mean really? They're in high school! And they were whining about a very shy girl's pants being a bit low because she was bending over a bit doing her work. She is very modest and she would have been horrified if I said something to her especially since I was standing right behind her. I mean I could barely see her crack- I'm pretty sure my students just wanted to see how I would react. Nice try.

LOVE IT. Just sent it to FI. I have a few that I realize are so dumb but they crack me up:

A: Jalapeno business
