i am, not a newbie, but to all of you, i am sure I am.

my FI and i planned on getting married 10-10-10, we threw that out the window, went to JP!, and now almost 2 years later, we want a small ceremony, so I am back for your amazing advice.


One question:

has anyone used big thicket
or winfrey point???

i am a crafty mom
DIY all the way and I have heard these places can be dressed up.

We have had several Winfrey Point brides.  It is 100% DIY.  It books very quickly--like a year in advance.

Big Thicket is the Filter Building, I think, and we've had several girls get married there.  I was recently in a wedding at WP.  It was fine, except the manager guy hung around all night and actually started bothering the bride for a check the night of.
