I am starting a new workout dvd this weekend. Julian Michael's 30 Day Shred :) I cant afford the p90x for $150...nor a gym membership. This dvd was only $8 at WalMart. Plus I have done p90x before for about 3 weeks (before my BIL wanted it back) and the workouts are so long I feel like I waste what little time I do have at home...p90x has like an hour to an hour and a half workouts) this dvd is only 20 mins a day!! Thats something I can stick too!! Plus it has been getting really good reviews! My goal is to lose 10 pounds by March 9th (my bday)   :)

Hope everyone else is doing better than me so far!!!

Let's see...I've worked out 3 times since last wednesday. With being out of town last weekend it made it harder. I'm gonna work out today. I was planning on running outside but doesn't look like I will b/c of the weather. So I'm just going to go on some machine inside at the gym and lift weights also for about 30 mins. I stopped eating all the time like I was for the holidays so I 've lost some weight there(mostly water weight).

All I have done this week is go to kickboxing on Monday and my body hurts like it hasn't in a long time.  All over.  So I skipped yesterday and am hoping to make it to the gym tonight and Saturday.  I feel like I am still off track and am losing motivation.  I need a vacation or something to get me motivated again.

I didn't work out for a week.  I was battling a sinus infection...and gained 3 lbs.  Blah.  I went to the gym this morning and I feel amazing!  I'm totally motivated to go again in the morning.  I feel way too good not to.  Plus, after work tonight a co-worker is hosting a yoga session for us, so I'll be doing that as well.

I'm hoping to drop those pesky 3 lbs that I gained quickly and maybe more.  I feel absolutely amazing today.

I walked at least 2 miles four times, and went to the gym and did 40 min of cardio once. Feeling good about it. I'm watching what I eat a little, but after a couple more weeks of working out regularly, the eating changes will happen. I'm just working on being more active at this point.

I had Monday off from work due to the Martin Luther King Holiday, so I worked out for 2 hours. I did both cardio and weights. I worked out yesterday and plan to workout at least one hour for the rest of the week, and two hours on the weekend. Except on Friday which will be my rest day. It's a killer trying to shed these last 5 pounds!

I can't really "diet" but have been doing prenatal yoga (which I love) and deep water aerobics, also prenatal. I was spinning, but I'm no longer allowed to do that.

I'm just now able to eat most foods without feeling sick, so I'm slowly, but surely eating more adult type foods. I've gone about 2 months only eating PB&J and mac & cheese. :) Other than the growing belly, I haven't gained weight any place else, so I guess that's good... Its kind of hard to tell.

    LOL emi

I've worked out every morning before work and haven't been eating out. I changed my workout back to a more intense workout and I can barely move right now, but Mariah, I'm glad you took some of those lbs back. :) I've lost 4 (probably water weight, but I'm not complaining)

I haven't worked out in a week, thanks to an upper respiratory infection. I can't even laugh without going into a coughing fit, so that's fun.

Still eating really well, and ENJOYING discovering healthy, yummy alternatives to some of my former go-to snacks and quick meals.

Yesterday, my "scary size" pants were literally falling off of me with every step I took, so that is a HUGE plus for me.

According to my bajankity $7 scale (that told me last week I'd GAINED 3lbs, only to be severely refuted at the doctor's office), I am right at my scary weight, which means I've lost about 10 lbs.  1 more pound to get under scary weight and therefore REACH MY FIRST MILESTONE!

I did my first Pilates Reformer class yesterday. Ouch.

The instructor isn't afraid to get all up in your business correcting your form. I'm sure I looked like an idiot, but it was fun!

I cannot believe I'm getting college credit for this. I'm going to miss college :(

I pulled Jillian back out of the cabinet... she yelled at me and made me hurt real bad (and not in a "that's what she said kind of way").  I took the dog for a walk/run twice this week.  Want to turn that into a run/run 4 times this week.  Signed up for biggest loser at work.

Congrats all who are meeting goals!

I've kept up the working out, but had pizza twice on Saturday so that was no good.  I've learned that it's better to not weigh in on Sunday, so I did on Wednesday and have lost 4 pounds since the new year.  It's small, but it's helping me stay motivated.

I've been doing very well! I've lost all the weight I gained over Christmas and then some. The last two days weren't great, but the week's not over yet, I know I can make up for it!
