Tipping?

Hi guys,

Quick Update: Since I posted last I got a dress (Lewisville Bridal), booked a DJ (LeForce), sent Save the Dates and I'm very close to selecting an officiant, photographer, florist and cake!

I was wondering what percentage is appropriate for a tip (officiant, DJ?). I figure that we should be tipping something but not sure how much.
Anybody know what are the suggested ranges? 15-20%?
I want to make sure that we include this in the budget!

We tipped our DJ 10%.  We hired paid officiants so we didn't tip them.  I tipped my MUA 20%.  Our gratuity for servers, etc. was part of our venue's service charge.  And I tipped my ceremony musicians $10 each.  This was all based on my event planner's recommendations but I also used the tipping sheet BSN posted.

I'm using Robert Williams. He's not mentioned on reviews but he seemed professional and a good fit during our interview. Plus he was also willing to lower his price since he wasn't already booked on 11/19/11.
